BTC lightning network deposits suspended?

Needed to deposit some BTC to my binance account by way of lightning community immediately and noticed this, spoke with help but all they say is "we're at present taking a look at it,attempt once more later".

Is it suspended for everybody?
(asking as a result of i didn't see something posted about it on their web site or right here)
