Facial verification initialization failed

Hi everyone, I'm making an attempt to withdraw all the cash I have on my binance account as I am a scholar and determined I should not be risking cash now. Nevertheless, everytime I attempt to ship the cash to my account, I am requested to do face verification that doesn't even start. Once I click to verify, I get the error message hooked up and I tried on totally different units (laptop computer, telephone, tablet). I tried for a couple of days now. Any ideas on easy methods to clear up this? Thanks!
