So I had purchased a KYC'd account of Binance few yr again which I had been utilizing all this while. I did not setup a passkey. Now of the sudden Binance is asking me to both present passkey (which I did not setup as a result of my foolishness) or do the facial verification to login. Because the KYC'd account was purchased on telegram, the facial verification is of someone else who did the KYC for me. I nonetheless have access to the password, authenticator and so on. However neither of passkey or facial verification. Therefore I'm unable to login.
Spoke to help on chat they usually wouldn't assist me.
What might be my options? Can anybody help me login or get my funds out?
