Looking for the right person to build bitcoin.guide

I own the domain bitcoin.guide

I've always thought that a great bitcoin guide deserved to be built on it, and I don't think I'm the right person for this project.

Would love to find a Bitcoin OG who wants to buy the domain and make a project out of it.

I bought this in 2018 and will sell for less than what I paid (measured in both btc and usd).
