Need Help with crypto.com holding back crypto?

It is about this Tx: 0x047db5ab55e19ce47751efe9a0804b4286add4a189e4a11cf80b1e6c222a7834
So i had this Chainlink on my ledger on adress 0xDAE3B33db355BA051c2A69886E7c90fe70F143f3
I send the chainlink to my crypto.com adress and it was succes, i even saw that the chainlink in my crypto.com app was arrived.

But then i noticed i couldn't get to my chainlink because on their end it said to do my KYC first.

I Talked with support specialsts more then 10 times now allready ( going on for like 6 months) and in the beginning they said they failed the deposit so it would return. (screenshot1)

Now its allready "kindly contact the network where you made the transaction (screenshot2)

In the app there is no option for me anymore to get my crypto back..

They failed it on their network for the KYC to be done so it should be on their end to be able to fix this right?

I'm not sure what to do anymore cause this is taking so long allready :/ plz help.
