Yesterday my uncle came over for lunch. He’s 80 years old. The topic of Bitcoin came up. I told him Bitcoin is for saving money in the long term, because it’s an asset that is not meant to lose value over time. And of course, at 80, the obvious conclusion was that he’s already too old for Bitcoin, since even though he’s in very good health, at that age you never know if you have 10 more years or just 1 (although, well, that’s actually true for all of us). Anyway, is my answer really that obvious? What would you have said?
